We are open to trade and public customers. To purchase any item, visit one of our stores. We are open Monday to Saturday. Check our up-to-date opening hours on our website.
Can I order by email, phone or website?
No, visit our stores to purchase products. Customers with trade drawdown accounts can order by email.
What is your phone number?
We have ceased our telesales function to focus on better customer support by website & email. All enquiries should be sent by email (visit@goodwins.ie) & will be responded within 24 hours. Outgoing phone calls will show the number 01-6282931
How do I get the best prices?
Everyone gets our famous best prices. We show our prices here on our website
If you are buying in bulk we have
quantity prices, these are also shown on the website.
Quantity Deals only apply to a purchase on a single day. Purchases cannot be rolled-up over a period to qualify. Unless varied and agreed in writing by us.
Is an item in stock?
Our website shows the live stock figures for each item in both branches. They are
updated during the day.
I don't see the item I want on the website
We try to display every item we have on the website. Sometimes it's called a
different name. If you can't find it, visit one of our two locations and our friendly staff will assist you.
How do I get my materials?
Visit our stores to buy and collect. For low-cost van rental we recommend GoCar/Driveyou.
We do not offer a delivery service.
Do you offer a timber or steel cutting service?
We offer a battery* recycling facility at no cost (*qualifying batteries only).
We take back electrical equipment for recycling on a 1-for-1 basis.
Price of electrical items includes a contribution to recycling costs.
Price of lighting items includes a contribution to recycling costs.
With a vast array of products in stock, we cannot be knowledgeable about the application and installation of every product.
Many products we sell are intended for use by professional or qualified installers.
Advice on these products can be beyond our expertise as merchants.
In all cases, customers are responsible for selecting, estimating quantities and use of products.
We will of course always assist when we can in locating product data sheets, manufacturer training, contact numbers, etc.
